President/ Engineering Design Lead
The Engineering Design Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that support the nonprofit organization's mission. This role oversees the complete design process, from identifying environmental challenges and defining technical requirements to prototyping, testing, and refining innovative solutions used at our workshops.

The Lead Instructor plays a crucial role in our nonprofit organization, primarily overseeing all workshops and ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
